Dear Collegues,
It has become important in our lives and also in the area of educational
objectives, to be able to regularly adapt to situations that may
change daily.
The people whom we responsibly work with, have now adopted different
requirements and practices compared with those a few years ago.
- The people change.
- The environment changes.
- The requirements change.
- Knowledge changes.
This is what makes our profession so interesting and lovable.
Both you and I know that it is only the constant further professional
training that helps us not only "cope with" such situations but
also to respond willingly to the changes, with the appropriate knowledge
and the practised skills.
A qualified and motivating activity that is directed to the outside
will secure the jobs for the committed staff and the care for the
children which they deserve.
Based on the large number of contacts established during my seminars
entitled "A Start with Music" I have compiled a seminar programme
which will meet those needs. Collegues, who have become friends,
work together with me and so we ensure a level of further professional
training which more than meets international standards.
You will find with us efficiency and a particularly positive atmosphere.
We allow you to learn and practice by yourself, in a relaxed and
happy atmosphere. Further professional training should give all
of us a lot of pleasure and be to the point.
The Institute for Music is independent of any denomination.
On-going training schemes do not only support the current job in
one's workplace, but they also broaden one's mind, complement one's
own knowledge and skills, increase the individual's value in the
labour market, create the opportunity for a change of job, and add
to one's security and self-confidence.
I look forward to meeting you!
Yours, Heinz Engl
