On-going Professional Training - Your Investment for the Future

  Investment for the Future

Your Personal Investment:
You will invest 8 weekends of your own time in 2005. In addition, there will be the ninth phase, in which you will be busy for three days. The first to the eighth phases start on Friday evenings and end on Sunday at midday. You may use your right for educational leave because all seminars will count as further professional training.

Your Financial Investment:
You will be obliged to pay the fee if you have registered for the seminar in writing. For on-going professional training courses, the seminar fee is 1.760,-- Euro, payable in eight instalments of 220,-- Euro each. These instalments will be debited from the participant's account monthly, starting from 15 March 2005. If you do not wish to participate in direct debiting, then please enclose with your registration eight crossed cheques for 220,-- Euro each, which are postdated for the 15th day of each of the months from March 2005 up to October.

Rebates:
If you pay the total amount of the seminar fee by a single crossed cheque at the time of your registration, then the fee will be reduced by 10%

to only 1.584,-- Euro

The cheque will be cashed on 15 March 2005

The Examination Fee
is not applicable to the rebate. It is 380,-- Euro in the seminar for "Pre-school Teachers at Schools of Music and Art". In all other seminars the examination fee is 300,-- Euro. The examination fee will be directly debited, on 1. August 2005, from the accounts of participants registered for the examination, or paid by cheque when registering for the examination.

A Price Reduction
for non-attendance of the participants at one or more of the seminar functions is not allowed. In cases where the employer will bear the seminar costs, an invoice will be issued. The certificate accepting liability for costs shall be enclosed with the Registration Form. In cases where the participant pays the seminar costs, the seminar fee will be directly debited from the account.

Working Materials and Literature
will be purchased by the participants themselves. In the subjects "Art" and "Art Therapy" the lecturers will purchase most of the working materials and provide these, at cost price, for the course participants. The recommended specialist literature can be borrowed from every state library (in Germany). A wide range of specialist literature will be available during the weekend.

Clothing
You will not require any special clothing. But your clothing should be comfortable and hard-wearing. It should allow optimum movement. Your shoes should be suitable for the gymnasium.

Cancellation
If you are unable to attend the entire training course after you have registered, the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • Cancellation before 01. December 2004: Euro 350,--
  • Cancellation before 15. December 2004: Euro 800,--
  • Cancellation before 15. January 2005: Euro 1.400,--

Should the registration be cancelled after 15. January 2005, then the total amount of the seminar fee will fall due in one payment, without any deductions. Notice of cancellation must be given by registered letter, accompanied by a crossed cheque for the amount of the cancellation fee.
